Project Overview

Luxury Home Magazine is a national franchise publisher serving the luxury real estate market, providing influence and visibility for high-ticket homes to some of the most affluent residents in the United States. Each chapter hosts an annual or biannual Tour of Homes event, where luxury real estate agents showcase multi-million-dollar properties that the public rarely has the chance to tour.

When they approached us, Luxury Home Magazine had no dedicated website to support these events or to streamline agent and visitor participation. Our team partnered with them to create a digital platform that now hosts Tour of Homes websites for multiple cities including Charleston, South Carolina; San Antonio, Texas; Austin, Texas; Tampa, Florida; Greensboro, South Carolina; and Nashville, Tennessee. We also supported their local chapters with email migration, event production, and automation to improve operational efficiency and member experience.

Challenges & Constraints

Luxury Home Magazine faced several challenges that limited the reach and effectiveness of their events.

They had no central website to showcase participating cities or properties. Real estate agents lacked a streamlined way to submit listings for inclusion on the site. Event attendees had no digital system to register, creating additional manual work for local chapters. For the Luxury Real Estate Summit in San Antonio, another challenge was the lack of a unified media production structure to ensure flawless coordination of audio, video, and speakers.

These gaps created inefficiencies, reduced visibility for luxury properties, and risked delivering a poor event experience for both agents and guests.

Project Solution

We developed an integrated suite of solutions to support Luxury Home Magazine’s digital presence and event operations.

Key initiatives included:

Results & Impact

The results were transformative for Luxury Home Magazine and its chapters. They now have a national-level digital infrastructure to support annual Tour of Homes events, streamlining both agent submissions and visitor registrations. The automation reduced manual work while increasing accuracy and visibility for participating properties.

For the San Antonio Luxury Real Estate Summit, the event ran flawlessly with professional coordination across all media and production teams. It became one of the most successful luxury real estate events in the city since COVID, drawing praise from attendees, agents, and sponsors. Our collaboration with Hotel AV Services at the JW Marriott provided the perfect venue and elevated the event’s prestige.

Through ongoing support, we continue to work with Luxury Home Magazine on their websites, event infrastructure, and technical needs, ensuring their brand remains a leader in luxury real estate publishing and event experiences nationwide.
